Description

A 14th century Christmas Carol, recorded in 1372 by Franciscan Friar John of Grimstone in a manuscript.  In this carol the baby Jesus (who miraculously can talk) asks his mother, Mary, to sing to him of his future. Lullay means “lullaby”.
