My version of Stan Jones’ 1948 song, twisted for harp. A few of the references in the song are specific to harp playing. Red strings on a harp are C notes and blue strings are Fs. Playing for a while your fingers develop callouses that make it less painful to play. And a glissando (often shortened to “gliss”) is that signature harp sound created by running your finger up or down the strings (famously leading into movie dream sequences).
